Operators/Suppliers

In order to access myB2B trading platform each user must have an account.

There are two kinds of accounts:

• operator
• supplier

An operator is a user who can make requests (for example, a designer or a gardener)

A provider is the one who can answer the requests from operators, and propose his offer (such as a nursery).

A supplier can also make requests to other suppliers, so he can use the platform for his own supplies.

Each request will be visible to all suppliers that meet specific features.

Each response will be visible to the operator that requested it and the only to the vendor who submitted it.

The platform was designed and built to ensure immediacy and maximum ease of use.
